Believe it or not, this was the first time Mike and I ever had a casserole like this together and we really enjoyed it. I made a half-recipe and Mike ate enough that there’s only a small serving for leftovers. We served it with Carole’s Waldorf Salad recipe and the two made a great meal with wine, some bread and butter! Another winner from Carole’s Family Cookbook…thanks Carole!
